The role

 

Are you a challenge-driven FP&A Manager with proven track record in Global Distribution, Cost to Serve and Freight, with worldwide exposure and willing to become part of an international organization?

In this role you’ll be reporting to the Global Technical Operations Finance Director, whilst managing Directly Supporting the Customer Care and Distribution Sr Director. You’ll have an opportunity to be part of global Transformation Project and work in a highly cross-functional and multicultural environment.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Develop KPIs and Follow up with management team on:
      • monthly performance, with global, and country-level detailed approach: OPEX evolution, HC variation vs expected, actions deployment for risks mitigation, or corrections.
      • weekly updates on the global HC actions in order to identify red flags, and to secure the budgeted targets, at each region level.
  • Drive/Support Annual Productivity Plan to help driving Cost to Serve Cost Reduction, in the area of Freight Recovery, Cost Optimization and Reductions.
  • Collaborate on acceleration on E-Commerce Solution.
  • Follow up regularly with project management on Transformation Projects’ OPEX and CAPEX evolution, identify potential risks, and analyze cost feasibility for projects’ additional features.
  • Coordinate, develop, and manage global annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
  • Involve in business strategical decisions, build the financial side of businesses cases, and advise division’s management team of projects’ profitability.

 

What you need to have

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent experience is required, with ideally 5-10 year of progressive Experience in Finance.
  • Knowledge of End-to-End Quote to Cash Process and Global Distribution, proven track record in a similar role and project management skills & experience.
  • Positive attitude, Intellectually Curious, strong team player with eagerness to learn and add value to the organization.
  • Highly analytical with attention to detail. Ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers.
  • Self-starter who will take initiative. Independent in work ethic and thought
  • Ability to work well in a fast changing and multicultural environment.
