The role:


You will support the site leadership team in running the Thermal Transfer Product Division of Markem-Imaje.  This mid-level role requires the ability to work effectively on a diverse range of activities, prioritizing them as needed to support business needs.  It requires demonstration of good judgment, communication, and prioritization to streamline interaction with senior internal and external personnel.  The role includes a level of business administration and requires some collaboration and communication across multiple Markem-Imaje sites.



What you will do:


  • Co-ordinate meetings, calendars and activities for the Product Division, supporting visitors and managing other office related tasks needed for the business flow.
  • Support the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with month-end reconciliation of time reports, project data, purchase orders, invoices and such-like.
  • Working with our Global EH&S team ensure that our site and activities comply with required EH&S standards and maintain appropriate records
  • Manage business services by being the point of contact for the building cleaning, service, and maintenance contracts
  • Control office expenditures and office contracts including statutory reporting, service, inspections, as well as manage office supplies inventory and place orders



What you need to have:


  • 3+ years of experience of working on an Office Coordinator or other relevant position
  • Knowledge of MS Office software, good MS Excel skills and proven ability to navigate SAP or similar business systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good patience and professionalism
  • Organized and reliable with prioritizing and multi-tasking abilities
  • Business administration or other relevant area will be a bonus
  • Strong English language proficiency required
