Product Manager

Be part of the Product Marketing team planning future Thermal Transfer Overprinter (TTO) products, defining the product managing portfolio through the full product lifecycle, as well as manage the portfolio of consumables and spares.

Be the market, customer and application champion closely collaborate with design teams that are exploring new technologies and creating innovative ways to deliver product marking and traceability solutions to our customers.


What you will do:


  • Manage front end product marketing activities, from trends and market segment analysis to Voice of Customer interviews to needs requirements definition and concept development for our Thermal Transfer printing products (TTO) and consumables
  • Develop strategic marketing plan to drive TTO product strategy, including market segmentation business case analysis, functional requirements, positioning and pricing strategies and maintain the TTO and consumables roadmap demonstrating your plan
  • Be an applications subject matter expert for TTO and its consumables-based products and technologies to identify disruptive technology and business opportunities
  • Interface with R&D, Advanced Manufacturing, new Product Introduction teams, global Sales, and customers to translate market and customer needs into innovative TTO coding solution sets while articulating meaningful value propositions
  • Promote the TTO and consumables product line by frequent communication with the Sales force and through generation of useful tools
  • Perform Business Development activities in support of present and future customers and underserved markets, including by considering and prioritizing customization requests


What you need to have:


  • Minimum of 5+ years product marketing experience in a B2B company
  • TTO or coding and marking industry experience, a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a Technical field. MBA is an advantage
  • Track record of developing and launching new products as well as supporting existing products
  • Ability to think strategically about product and business issues
  • Strong business analytical skills
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills to all levels within a global company
