Pivotal in the development of our Supply Chain industrial strategy, through the analysis, design, implementation and continuous improvement of the end-to-end value chain solution for a product line.

You should possess…

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 5-7 years’ experience as Supply Chain engineer in an industrial environment and exposure in a global organization.

Principal Activities/Duties/Responsibilities

•Design and implement end-to-end supply chain solution for your product lines based on the Value Stream Map methodology, to reach the best balance between cost, service level and risk reduction.

•Perform detailed analysis on different solutions, scored on a comprehensive set of KPIs (service level, landed cost, working capital, industrial footprint, …).

•Ensure alignment with our global Supply chain development strategy.

•Present options and recommendation to top management for validation.

•Work with R&D, Marketing, Finance, Process Engineering and Sourcing teams from the early phases of New Product Introduction projects.

•Link with transport, internal processes and trade compliance during feasibility study, and with Planning and Operations during the implementation phase.

•Update the Value Chain design of current products (continuous improvement, support of company initiatives, external changes).

•Lead projects related to Value Chain reengineering for current product lines.


Education and/or Experience Required

•Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with specialization in Logistics.

•5-7 years’ experience working in global end-to-end supply chain organizations.

•Certification in project management (PMP preferred).

•Ability to lead and work within global cross functional teams or projects.

•Strong analytical skills and attention to details.

•Presentation / communication skills.

•SAP experience (SD, MM, PP) desirable, proficient in Excel.

•Business and financial understanding.
