The Role 


Within the Quality Management & Improvement Direction, you will be working for the Global Quality System manager. You will be particularly involved in Global Quality System, ISO9001 and GOTS certification and Customer Request/Quality Agreement management process. You will provide support on different projects and will manage tasks on a daily basis.



What you will do: 


  • Quality and GOTS System: Document and Forms Control. Coordinate, update and maintain the documents in the Document Management Tool. Write new processes (policy, procedure or instruction). Lead the update plan and contribute of the process updates. Support and train on process. Manage audits. Review internal audit reports, enter data into JIRA, follow up action plans. Perform internal audits. Support the local quality plan, organize and follow up the customers and other organizational audits. Contribute to management reviews.
  • ISO9001 and GOTS certification: Coordinate ISO9001 and GOTS certification program (Management of Reviews, audits, improvement action plans). Contribute to global program (ISO 9001).
  • Customer Requests: Prepare the answer to simple Customer Quality Questionnaire request. Lead the process for complex Customer Quality Questionnaire and Quality Agreement requests, coordinating actions from defining which experts must provide the answers to the validation and signature process management before answering to customers. Lead the process of coordinating Customer audit requests from request acceptation to the audit realization and the follow up of the action plan.



What you need to have: 


  • Minimum you are from a quality system background with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience.
  • You have ideally an experience in Organic and Environmental textiles and in ISO9001 or/and GOTS certification.
  • You have an experience in leading project, managing controlled documentation and solving Nonconformities.
  • You have experience with coordinating complex activities involving cross-functional stake holders, contract management and internal & external audits. To have company knowledge is a plus. You are comfortable speaking with people from different levels at the company.
  • You are autonomous, structured, rigorous and results focused with a good team spirit and strong analytical skills.
  • A good level of English is essential in this position.
