Position Summary:  

Regional Sales Manager to be responsible for developing and executing sales plans and account strategies in the Western U.S. to drive revenue growth and profit for Malema and Almatec products in the high purity industrial markets (including semicon).

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and executes PSG brand sales plans and growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute annual revenue plan, including providing quarterly, semi-annual and annual formal business report outs.
  • Partner with channel development and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic marketing and growth plans for region.
  • Develop a pipeline for future revenue, and build growth strategies and long term sales plans.
  • Identify new business and customer opportunities, and develop strategies for supporting customers.
  • Participate in sales forecasting and budgeting processes, and identify opportunities to manage expenses & increase margins.
  • Represent the company at trade shows.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Engineering in the development of new products and promotional programs.
  • Maintain excellent communications externally and internally.
  • Keeps sales leadership informed on important matters that require immediate action or attention.

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in direct customer sales and distributor account management
  • Prior experience managing a sales or account management team highly preferred
  • Experience working with large, complex accounts
  • Specific Skills: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: CFSP, CWS or WQA certified a plus
