Your Mission

Define tailored technical solutions for our customers and actively contribute to optimising their processes
Ensure customer requirements are implemented fully and correctly from a technical perspective
Support customers, integrators, and partners in the optimal use of our products
Work closely with various customer-side departments such as engineering, maintenance, purchasing, or quality
Act as a central technical point of contact for sales, customers, and partners
Combine application knowledge and technical expertise to develop sustainable solutions

Your Responsibilities

Support sales teams and partners with technical inquiries and projects
Develop customer-specific solutions, including technical design, costing, and project planning
Create technical drawings, layouts, and quotation documentation
Provide sales support throughout the entire project lifecycle
Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and other internal interfaces
Advise customers and partners on applications and technologies in the field of fluid handling
Contribute to the further development of products, applications, and go-to-market approaches

Your Profile

A completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or sales support, ideally with technically complex products
Solid knowledge of pump technology, process engineering, or fluid handling
Ideally, experience in hygienic applications such as Food & Beverage or Personal Care
Confident in reading and creating technical drawings
Experience in technical design and cost calculation
Strong understanding of relevant markets and applications
Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships
Structured, independent working style combined with strong teamwork skills
