Key Tasks & Duties:
Position includes the responsibility to drive the assigned area, develop the business opportunities and be responsible for commercial growth. Position also includes short term and long-term strategic work to enhance SWEP position on the market, including the responsibility explore and understand the market demand, trends as well to introduce, promote and consolidate the use of the BPHE in the area targeting conversion from adjacent technologies.
Establish and nurture the contacts within the region are also included in the responsibility as well as conduct both commercial and technical discussions to promote SWEP values. Position also included deployment of SWEP strategies, build up business cases and create area account plans.
Position also requires co-operation with many stakeholders both external and internal across the defined Region with travel commitment of up to 50% of your time with site visits to end customers and office team meetings in France or Europe will be required.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and follow the company’s strategies, values and decisions within the region

Expanding and developing the market by growing the project portfolio, the visible heat exchanger potential and number of joint development projects with the appointed region

Establish market expertise for the specific area and create account plans

Identify leads and convert leads to sustainable business

Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits to active and potential customers

Provide customers with technical expertise

Drive activities (e.g. marketing, promotion, claim handling etc) towards the customers

Team up with the Application function, Business Engineers and/or Customer Support

Provide customer feedback and information to the company that contributes to the development of the company (e.g. business opportunities, legislations, competition, product development)

Business development for customers within the region

Analyses of market prices, price lists etc

Reporting on weekly and monthly basis, and business review on bi-annual basis, as per guidelines from Team Manager
Qualifications & Experience:

A university degree in a technical field of mechanical engineering, energy sustainability, thermodynamics, chemistry or related technical subjects.

5+ years of regional customer commercial revenue management in both existing and new targeted customers
-
Minimum of 3 years or more of working experience in a HVAC & Refrigeration engineered product environment and able to solutionise related technical issues with customers and OEM R&D Teams.

Fluent in English language, verbal and written.

Native in French language, verbal and written.

Advanced user of MS Office.

Advanced user of calculation tools.

Experience with CRM / ERP system such as Salesforce is an advantage.
