The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the site. This role serves as a key point of coordination for office activities, maintaining records, supporting internal communications, assisting with scheduling, and providing excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery while identifying opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage site communication by drafting/designing and delivering publications, presentations, emails, text messages, internal social media posts, and various other site communications.
- Update various communication boards, both physical and digital.
- Own and drive site employee engagement committee by coordinating initiatives, activities, and communications that foster employee connection, participation, and a positive workplace culture.
- Schedule, coordinate, and support meetings, company events, appointments and travel arrangements, as needed.
- Participate in special department and facility-wide projects.
- Manage and audit employee ID/access badges.
- Monitor conference rooms to ensure the condition of furnishings/supplies is satisfactory.
- Monitor unassigned areas such as lounges, vending areas, and building entrances to ensure they are adequately furnished and maintained.
- Provide administrative support to local management and other leaders, as needed.
- Sort and distribute location mail and process invoice submission.
- Manage office supplies.
- Assist in vendor and service provider relationships and activities.
Education and Experience:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Minimum of three (3) years related experience in a professional/administrative role.
- High School diploma required.
- Associates degree preferred, but not required.
