<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Asst. Manager Sales supports the overall objective of the Company to manage our customer relationships, help the Company grow in both market share and revenue and achieve the overall financial objectives set by the Senior Management team.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Roles & Responsibilities:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Grow the territory in revenue and market share and achieve territory Sales targets.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop a Sales plan that effectively and efficiently cover all accounts within the assigned territory.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Prospect for new opportunities and generate new customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Manage existing customer accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop and close additional Sales opportunities in our existing customer base.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Learn and implement “Markem-Imaje Sales Process” including all procedures and policies.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Operate prudently and within the expense guidelines.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Demonstrate a proficiency in using the the Markem-Imaje customer relationship management database.

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong operational knowledge of the Company’s products and services offered.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experienced level of selling, sales forecast and negotiation skills.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong understanding of the market and competitors.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experienced level of customer relationship management skills.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to anticipate needs, sell and build customer base.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to look for data and understand the importance of metrics to drive the business.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experienced in lead and funnel management.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Sales driven, results oriented and a team player.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Qualifications and Experience:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in the related industry.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Having experience in channel partner management will be good .
