What the Role Involves:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (OEM Parts) to spearhead our business expansion efforts! In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of attracting new clients and uncovering exciting opportunities within the OEM parts industry. You'll craft and execute innovative business development strategies to exceed sales goals, explore new markets, and forge strong relationships with potential clients. - Create and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Identify target markets and develop outreach plans.
- Identify new opportunities and market trends within the OEM parts industry.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing OEM clients.
- Understand the specific needs and requirements of each client.
- Identify and pursue new leads for business development.
- Utilize various channels such as industry trade shows, networking events, and digital marketing.
- Work with various teams (e.g., sales, engineering) to ensure client needs are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Make sales projections and forecast revenue aligned with projected income.
- Track progress, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed.
Basic Qualifications: (must be quantifiable and verifiable)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid State Driver's license.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the Refrigeration OEM parts industry.
