Execute projects using SYSTECH’s standard project methodology, Standard Operating Procedures, work instruction and tools.

Manage day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple and large-scale projects.

Create, execute and maintain detailed project work plans using the currently designated standard tracking tool, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Manage matrixed delivery teams that design, engineer, configure, deploy, and support installation of assigned projects.

Conduct and maintain documented Customer Kickoff, Weekly Project Status meetings and ad hoc meetings as required and serve as key participant in all project team and client meetings

Support the Executive Project Manager (Program Manager) in analyzing project proposals and establish project objectives for future project engagements.

Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to identify project deliverables, potential scope changes, issues and risks to achieve and establish sustained Customer Satisfaction.

Works with the assigned Project Team to review and manage project specifications by analyzing product design, customer requirements, and performance standards

Maintain project management system on assigned projects – Project Communication, Project Schedule, Issue and Risk Tracking, Hardware Delivery Management, Budget Tracking, Scope Management, Billing Triggers, Account Receivable review, Project Documentation Management, Project Closure.


Effectively manage project scope and position and execute Notifications of Changes with the customer where additional scope is added and/or additional budget is required.


 Manage and remain accountable for all financial aspects of assigned projects as detailed below:

  • Maintains an accurate Forecast for project planning and revenue recognition reporting
  • Monitors project time entry and tracking to support Finance to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Monitors receivables and addresses elevated project billing issues when they arise
  • Analyzes project profitability
  • Manages and mitigates risk across projects to avoid non-billable time and achieve maximum profitability
  • Tracks and triggers Billing Milestones and Hardware requests to ensure optimization of cash flow and physical inventory



  • Project Management experience, including creation and management of  timelines, analysis of budget trends and spending, identification of scope creep, and positioning Notifications of Change for all projects,
  • Able to effectively work in matrixed environments, with collaborative internal teams, and with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and other 3rd Parties who may be acting as an agent of the Customer
  • Comfortable in a highly dynamic environment, working with a variety of disciplines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication and verbal skills Strong customer service skills



  • Bachelor degree
  • 4+ years Project Management experience
  • Preferred - Pharmaceutical experience including process automation and packaging



  • Working knowledge of management software packages (MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ERP system NetSuite preferred but not essential
  • Experience in the Enterprise platform MS Project Management software
