Systech is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help round out our sales team! This highly motivated candidate’s focus will be qualification of inbound leads and outbound lead generation/qualification.


  • A successful BDR will be a team-first contributor, who is extremely dependable, can quickly adapt, and loves to learn/sell
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for our Sales team
  • Perform daily proactive, value-add, and research-driven outbound lead generation, from prospect accounts using a combination of email, phone, and social outreach
  • Design persona-based sequence campaigns and host discovery calls to qualify new potential customers
  • Understand our platform, value propositions and the competitive landscape to answer questions and counter rebuttals intelligently
  • Manage and optimize the pipeline and tasks and provide feedback to improve internal processes
  • Curate and report on feedback and insights for future product development in conjunction with Customer Success


The successful applicant will demonstrate the following competencies:

  • 3 years sales experience ideally in B2B or pharma focused sales organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A team player and collaborator with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to win the support of key decision makers
  • Technical skills and acumen
  • Previous experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Ambitious / Self-motivated / Goal oriented 
  • Passionate about learning and making a positive impact on the world
  • A team player and excellent communicator (great at listening, not only speaking)
