Are you a Project Management Professional who can lead teams responsible for delivering complex solutions that meet the needs of a company’s most import Customers?


In this role you’ll be…  pivotal in the delivery of professional services projects completed by the Engineered Systems Group at a regional level.


You’ll have an opportunity to … Build strong relationships with regional management, sales, implementation, technical support and project teams involved in the all activities associated to the delivery of the Professional Services Group’s Solutions.


You should possess… the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of organizations, be adept at assessing risk, managing difficult situations, negotiating, mitigating consequences, creating contingencies and delegating tasks.  Must have the skills to manage all aspects of diverse resources, and overall leadership acumen that a team responsible for creating a solution, conducting system performance tests, installing and commissioning the solution at a Customer’s site can rely on.

Principal Activities/Duties/Responsibilities:

•Project ownership, delivery and risk management from initial order through sign off of completion.
•Adherence to specific project lifecycle processes, tools and deliverables.
•Central point of project communications, record keeping and project administration.
•Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations
•Development and management of project schedules
•Driving projects to meet agreed scope and quality requirements, with full over site of the change management process.
•Determine project costs and report performance to budget.
•Contribute to continuous improvement activities but leading and providing input into project and services lessons Learned activities.
•Travel to deliver large projects to strategic Customers will be required.


Education and/or Experience Required:

•A four-year degree in business management or industrial/software engineering discipline
•Experience in manufacturing including; Serialization, Traceability and Authentication software/Hardware implementations a plus
•Three to five years’ experience leading teams that implement integrated software and hardware solutions in a warehouse management system or automated production-controlled environment.
•Excellent problem-solving skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Expertise in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Project tools.
•Experience using Jira & Confluence
•Experience in project financial management
•PMP or equivalent Project Management certifications a plus.
•Familiarity with the following is a plus: Serialization Systems L1-L4, SaaS solutions and implementation, GAMP Methodology and DSCSA Regulations
