Summary:
Provides support for all value streams within the plant. Support roles include Saw, Briquetter, Parser, Job Coordinator, Material Handler, Receiving and Shipping.
Hours:
First Shift, 6:30am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday, some Saturdays as needed
Responsibilities:

Properly complete required paperwork
-
Participate in daily preventative maintenance and cleaning schedule
-
Complete assigned support tasks
Minimum required qualifications:
-
High School diploma or equivalency
-
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
-
Basic computer skills
-
Strong focus on safety and quality initiatives
-
Industrial manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to work independently as well as contributing to the team

Ability to read, analyze and interpret drawings and blueprints

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form

Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations

Ability to organize time effectively, determine priorities, and move work forward

Understanding of basic metrology
-
Knowledge of bearing isolators is a plus

Demonstrated ability to identify problems and suggest effective resolutions

Strong communication skills
