Job Title: JDE Developer Analyst

Worksite: 2151 Randon Dyer Rd., Rosenberg, TX 77471

Job duties: Develop and enhance of IT systems to meet business needs effectively. Facilitate JDE functional and technical implementation to problem solve ERP issues in a manufacturing environment that has PLM – Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales & Distribution. Analyze user and business requirements to provide technical support and develop solutions through programming, coding, designing, implementing, and debugging programs for continuous improvement. Develop user-oriented solutions that integrate with existing applications by utilizing the most efficient software tools for each solution. Assist in the setup, testing, and support of hardware installations and ensure seamless integrations with ERP systems. Troubleshoot issues as they arise and provide timely resolution to maintain system integrity. Coordinate technological upgrades, including scheduling, installation, and recordkeeping to ensure ERP system reliability. Design systems and programs. Oversee specification reviews, user sign-off processes, and the development of user manuals. Conduct end-user training to facilitate smooth adoption and utilization of new systems and features. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) days per week. Requirements: Bachelor's degree OR foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in developing JDE software solutions. Must have five (5) years of experience in all of the following: Working with JDE 9.0 and above workbench and tools; Working with operations parties to manage JDE upgrades and requests; Applying SQL and JDE customization strategies; Creating basic SQL scripts; Programming with SQL; Documenting processes; ERP navigation; Project Planning; Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data conversion, and go-live; ReportsNow and PowerBI; and Database management.

Rate of Pay: $155,000.04/year
