Job Summary:  The Enterprise Manager is evangelist and business analyst for expanded adoption and improvements globally for CPC’s enterprise-wide use of Microsoft Dynamics (D365) to accelerate the sales cycle, target marketing campaigns, align sales funnel opportunities with S&OP, enhance profitability and improve the customer experience. Initially installed 10+ years ago, CPC’s Dynamics cloud platform has nearly 300 users with dozens added every month as the vision and use cases expand. Sharing CRM best practices and BA consultative protocols, this position incorporates CPC requirements in system design and development to drive continuous improvements in data collection and analysis, workflows and processes. The Enterprise Manager works with business units and other departments across CPC to apply business and systems knowledge to update or create forms and flows that reflect their unique needs while assuring corporate consistency to maintain data integrity and validity. Manage and provide work direction for supporting resources including contractors.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead adoption of CRM across multiple business lines globally
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for D365 administration and use; establish, monitor, maintain and enforce data and process standards
  • Execute the vision for effective use of the system; lead the process to define, develop and execute best-in-class CRM strategies that support global goals in marketing, lead gen, funnel management and growth, customer service, quality, S&OP
  • Identify and balance the needs of the platform (performance, scalability, cost, data integrity) with the requests of the business (new functionality, speed, integrations) during roadmap planning and while architecting and designing solutions
  • Develop and coordinate integration with business systems to enhance decision-making and customer- and market- analysis
  • Direct and execute data cleansing and alignment
  • Manage and lead CRM team members
  • Educate, train and influence coworkers and CRM users  
  • Support creation of marketing automation campaigns and reports to enable monitoring and trending marketing success, sales and complaints
  • Manage vendors and consultants; coordinate Dover IT ticket submittals for central processing and system integrations
  • Advocate additional enterprise uses for CRM; serve as resource for users
  • Adheres to all safety regulations
  • Demonstrates support of CPC core values.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.
    Essential Supervisory Responsibilities:        
  • Provide work direction, leadership and mentorship to CRM Specialists/Analysts
    Required Job Qualifications:
  • 10+ years managing data and improvements in CRM systems
  • Proven track record of leading or influencing CRM adoption and business systems integration
  • Experience with sales lead process management and monitoring of multiple business lines
  • Precision and accuracy; attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively to investigate problems and resolve issues 
  • Flexible and adaptable 
  • Willingness to test new ideas, learn new technologies, consider new marketing methodologies
    Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, information systems or related fields
  • Experience with B2B business model with two-step distribution and direct channels
  • Familiarity with ERP system integration and Power BI
