CRM Marketing Analyst

Job Summary:  Coordinate, execute and analyze CPC’s CRM and marketing automation data and sales lead process. Drive continuous improvement in data collection and presentation and processes. Manage CPC’s use of marketing automation for campaigns and web personalization. Advocate and define CRM uses enterprisewide. Work with departments across CPC to apply business and systems knowledge to maintain data integrity and validity. Coordinate, monitor and measure the execution of marketing, advertising and online campaigns. Manage and provide work direction for supporting resources from contractors and coworkers.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain processes for incoming leads and operational data
  • Investigate, research and analyze accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, campaigns, complaints, projects and entities as they are developed to ensure accuracy and validity and identify trends
  • Access research and online tools such as DNB, Hoover’s, LinkedIn, Cludo to improve data accuracy and marketing opportunities
  • Coordinate data accuracy and integrity between MSD CRM and CPC’s ERP system
  • Manage marketing automation/email vendor and programs
  • Create, produce and validate online and email marketing sources and lists for campaigns
  • Create, produce and validate marketing and lead reports
  • Establish, monitor, maintain and enforce data standards
  • Manage IT and vendor support tickets and system modifications
  • Advocate additional enterprise uses for CRM
  • Serve as MSD CRM and marketing automation data resource for users
  • Create and provide training on system use and related processes
  • Adheres to all safety regulations
  • Demonstrates support of CPC core values.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years managing data and improvements in CRM systems
  • 5+ years utilizing marketing automation
  • Experience with sales lead process management and monitoring
  • Precision and accuracy; attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively to investigate problems and resolve issues 
  • Flexible and adaptable 
  • Willingness to test new ideas, learn new technologies, consider new marketing methodologies



Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
  • Marketo experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, information systems or related fields
  • Experience with B2B business model with two-step distribution and direct channels
