Compliance and Contracts Analyst

Job Summary

The Compliance and Contracts Analyst, reporting into the Compliance Manager, will be responsible for supporting the overall alignment of CPC compliance program operations and initiatives with established Dover standards in addition to managing CPC contracts administration operations.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Promote compliance program requirements and continuously seek ways to improve and streamline implementation in a sustainable, value-add manner.
  • Assist with ensuring that compliance program policies, procedures and standards are developed, implemented, maintained and updated for the general operation of the compliance program in a consistent manner.
  • Support day-to-day compliance program operations.
  • Prepare management reports on compliance operations and progress.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during compliance reviews.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of organizational structures for contract tracking, language review, negotiation, execution, documentation, storage, and retention.
  • Create and implement contracting tools, templates, and processes.
  • Manage contract review workflow for a variety of contract types, beginning with receiving and managing requests for contract generation through routing for signatures and final distribution.
  • Draft and revise contract wording to address various situations as they arise.
  • Review proposed modifications to various vendor contracts and work with internal business partners and third parties to negotiate terms and obtain approvals for modifications as required.
  • Assist with the maintenance and improvement of contracts administration processes, system design, implementation, and policy enforcement.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with non-disclosure agreements, joint development agreements, supply agreements and quality agreements with the ability to review independently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Certification such as LCB, CPA, CIA, or CCEP preferred.

 

Travel:            May include up to 5%
