Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service and Marketing Representative to join our Customer Service and Fulfillment team, based in Roseville, MN.  This position can expect a 20 hour 10 AM - 2 PM work day. Reporting to the Customer Service and Fulfillment Supervisor, this position provides professional and courteous service and general information to callers, visitors and fellow employees coming through the facility main entrance and via e-mail and phones.  This role provides outstanding customer service and marketing support to internal and external customers.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming calls and e-mails and offer proper solutions – provide information, provide documentation and/or transfer as necessary
  • Coordinate and fulfill marketing inventory, trade show assets requests and online employee store orders while utilizing a number of systems (Customer Portal, ERP system and e-mail)
  • Monitor office supplies and other materials and order as necessary
  • Receive guests when appropriate
  • Receives, sorts and distributes packages and mail
  • May conduct other customer service and marketing fulfillment duties as necessary

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or marketing support role
