Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Demand Planner III to join our Supply Chain team, based in Roseville, MN. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Operations Planning, the Demand Planner III, will lead the Customs business unit in demand planning.

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Prepare, present, and drive monthly forecasting process by determining consensus forecast by engaging marketing and other key stakeholders
  • Conduct data analyses to problem solve delivery issues, show trend data, and challenge assumptions
  • Create scenario plans to mitigate risk and conduct cost/benefit analyses
  • Participate in creation of formal S&OP process
  • Report on forecast accuracy metrics and other KPIs as needed
  • Coordinate new product launches with purchasing, marketing, and engineering
  • Work cross-functionally to drive decision-making, new processes, collaboration, and visibility to the Core supply chain
  • Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization in a way that is appropriate for the subject and the audience
  • Effective listener and ability to ask questions to better understand assumptions and needs
  • Influence colleagues; persuasively and clearly present thoughts and ideas; inspire commitment and support for ideas
  • Confidently challenge other colleagues' assumptions, data, and outcomes
  • Provide analytical skills such as research, trending, report standardization, data analysis, critical thinking, creativity and communication
  • Load forecasts into Oracle


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, business, science, engineering, or technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning
  • 3+ years of S&OP Experience
  • Advanced skills in data analytics and MS Excel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Oracle Experience



  • No direct reports



Travel: May include up to 10%
