Descripción del Puesto:

Realiza diversas operaciones de montaje y/o soldadura en una variedad de componentes y subconjuntos electromecánicos según los procedimientos e instrucciones prescritos.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

- Comunicarse bien con respecto a problemas, tareas e ideas de mejora.
- Utiliza las herramientas, la documentación y los equipos adecuados para realizar las tareas de montaje.
- Realiza otras tareas asignadas

Conocimientos, habilidades y aptitudes:

- Bachillerato o equivalente
- 0-3 años de experiencia en montaje mecánico relacionado
- Experiencia básica en soldadura preferiblemente
- Leer y comprender verbalmente instrucciones, planos de ingeniería, documentos e instrucciones de fabricación en inglés.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno orientado al trabajo en equipo.
- Se requiere buena destreza manual, familiaridad con herramientas manuales comunes, comprensión de principios mecánicos y atención a los detalles.
- Capacidad para trabajar horas extras según sea necesario 

Requisitos físicos:

- Capacidad para leer documentos y pantallas de ordenador
- Capacidad para desplazarse por un edificio de oficinas y subir y bajar escaleras.
- Capacidad para permanecer sentado o de pie durante largos periodos de tiempo.
- Capaz de teclear en un ordenador y en el teclado de una tableta
- Comunicarse por teléfono.
- Capaz de transportar, empujar, levantar, girar y tirar de un mínimo de 25 lbs. 
- Capaz de utilizar un microscopio estereoscópico con un aumento de 20x durante periodos de tiempo prolongados
- Capaz de agarrar y manipular piezas y herramientas pequeñas con control y precisión con ambas manos.
