Titulo del puesto:  Ensamblador Electrónico Nivel I

Objetivo del puesto: Realizar diversas operaciones de ensamblaje y/o soldadura en una variedad de componentes y subconjuntos electromecánicos según los procedimientos e instrucciones prescritos.

Requisitos del puesto:

• Graduado de la escuela secundaria o equivalente 0-3 años de experiencia en montaje mecánico relacionado
• Preferiblemente con experiencia básica en soldadura
• Capacidad de leer y comprender verbalmente instrucciones, planos de ingeniería, documentos e instrucciones de manufactura 
• Capaz de trabajar y promover un entorno orientado al trabajo en equipo
• Se requiere buena destreza manual, familiaridad con herramientas manuales comunes, comprensión de los principios mecánicos y atención al detalle
• Capacidad para trabajar horas extras según sea necesario
• Capaz de leer documentos y pantallas de computadora
• Capaz de moverse por un edificio de oficinas y subir y bajar escaleras.
• Capaz de sentarse/estar de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo
• Capaz de escribir en el teclado de una computadora y tableta
• Capaz de comunicarse a través de un teléfono
• Capaz de cargar, empujar, levantar, girar, tirar de un mínimo de 25 libras.
• Capaz de utilizar un microscopio estereoscópico con un aumento de 20x durante largos periodos de tiempo
• Capaz de agarrar y manipular piezas pequeñas y herramientas con control y precisión con ambas manos
