DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO:

Realizar la auditoría final del producto, auditorias al proceso de producción, auditorías de productos en el proceso “spot check” con base en un muestreo previamente establecido para asegurar la satisfacción de los requisitos del cliente.

EDUCACIÓN REQUERIDA:

1. Bachiller Técnico [y/o] Estudiante Universitario.

2. Conocimiento Básico de Computadora.

RESPONSABILIDADES Y OTRAS FUNCIONES:

1. Inspección de las características físicas y eléctricas del producto terminado de acuerdo con el muestreo establecido y las

especificaciones documentadas y aprobadas.

2. Calibración diaria de los equipos de prueba: Network Analyzers.

3. Auditar el proceso de manufactura y velar por un correcto seguimiento del flujo y una correcta realización del producto

según instrucciones de trabajo (MOP’s) y las especificaciones del producto.

4. Velar por el sistema “pare y corrija” en las líneas de producción al reportar algún defecto durante las auditorias al proceso

de producción.

5. Auditar el proceso de embarque y método de empaque del producto terminado.

6. Reportar los resultados de inspecciones y auditorias en los registros correspondientes.

7. Cumplir con los objetivos departamentales e individuales.

8. Dar soporte las funciones de inspección de materia prima cuando sea necesario y/o solicitado.

9. Es responsable de la integridad los equipos de medida asignados como recursos de sus funciones.

10. Mantener el orden y la limpieza en su área de trabajo.

11. ser parte del proceso de acciones correctivas y preventivas.

12. Desempeña otras tareas asignadas por Ingeniería de Calidad y la Gerencia de Calidad.

Pay Range: -  per hour
