The Technical Sales and Support Technician requires superior customer support skill that includes empathy and urgency as well as an aptitude to troubleshoot a variety of hardware and programming issues and is responsible for the following but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains strong client relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's), customers and distributors
- Develops and maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of all BASE products, applications, features, advantages and benefits. Keeps up with internal and external training and development
- Responsible for selling and supporting BASE Engineering products to new and existing clients
- Identify and resolve client concerns; recommending a course of action to alleviate these concerns in the future
- Understand and comply with regulations regarding Hazardous Environments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our customers
- Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and systems effectively
- Work with the engineering team to ensure customer project requirements are met
- Resolve incoming Customer escalations through effective communication and escalate urgent issues to appropriate team as necessary
- Maintain records of customer communications and contact information as required
- Contribute to knowledge systems to enhance solutions provided to customers
Work Arrangement : Onsite
Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
