Position Summary:   

 Responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling, packaging, and processing orders for shipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operates warehouse material handling equipment. 
• Prepares finished products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of product is packaged. 
• Adheres to established inventory control systems and computer tracking. 
• Stocks workstations with material required in the packaging process. 
• Perform post assembly tests of sensors.
• Clean and pack the product in a clean room.
• Sorts and palletizes finished product for shipment. 
• Works towards zero shipping errors. 
• Works within Company Quality Control System. 
• Creates shipping documents such as commercial invoice, Packing list, etc.
• Completes and maintains records, and documentation. 
• Strives to improve departmental efficiencies and reduce costs through continuous improvement. 
• Maintains a clean and safe warehouse and working environment. 
• Works overtime as required.
• Must be able to move and/or lift objects up to 50 lbs. 
• Other duties as assigned by management. 

• Label every product accurately and place them in the designated areas. 

• Clean items thoroughly before shipment to ensure they meet quality standards. 

• Pack products securely in cardboard boxes, ensuring they are ready for shipment. 

• Prepare pallets for transportation, ensuring they are stable and properly packed. 

• Check incoming material for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet the required standards. 

• Handle return materials by completing all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently. 

• Utilize MS Office applications to maintain inventory records, prepare reports, and communicate effectively within the team. 

• Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines. 

• A valid driver's License 

• Able to lift and move weights up to 50 lbs. 

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 2+ years in similar area
• Knowledge of export and import trade compliance
• Computer skills (M2M experience is a plus)
• Microsoft office suite (basic knowledge)
• Previous experience working with shipping carriers (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc)
• Previous experience with ERP systems
