Transfer Pricing Analyst Support

Transfer Pricing Analyst Support

Temporary position 12 months

 

The role:

 

Within the Finance department, you will be part of the Global Tax team and will support on Transfer pricing analysis across the Group entities. This includes profitability analysis per material, calculation of transfer prices, implementation of the changes in the system and tracking of the results.

The ideal candidate is motivated, agile and with strong analytical skills. Ownership of work is extremely important.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Analysis of Transfer price optimization needs
    • With the support of the Direct Tax lead, identify the countries, flows and technologies that would need to be updated based on a defined methodology
    • Extract data out of SAP and prepare detailed profitability analysis

 

  • Calculation of updated Transfer Prices
    • Based on Transfer pricing standards, prepare the calculation of the new transfer prices
    • Run the pre-defined checks for compliance with Transfer Pricing and Trade Compliance rules, and highlight issues if any

 

  • Implementation and follow up of expected results
    • Prepare the files for upload in SAP
    • Implement the various steps required for transfer prices change including updates of open Purchase Order
    • Ensure the changes have been properly implemented

 

What you need to have:

 

  • 1-3 years’ experience.
  • Degree in Economics/ Accounting or Taxation.
  • Accounting and Tax knowledge (preferable Transfer Pricing knowledge).
  • Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral in English.
  • Team player who is confident in communicating with others and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Self-confident, organized, autonomous able to work effectively on a remote basis in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment.
