Job Summary

To perform shift tasks control of Tooling maintenance department, activities, and ensure department goals is achieved. To participate in continuous improvement projects for maximize efficiency, reduce down time and lower production cost.


Job Responsibilities

  • To inspect tooling(mould) condition and perform cleaning or repair if needed.
  • To ensure tooling(mould) are well maintained.
  • To make new or repair tooling(mould) for production.
  • To monitor quality of Tooling and Products.
  • To follow WI and standard operating procedures.
  • Requisition of raw material and spare parts from warehouse department.
  • Other duties as assigned by superior and management.







  • SPM or Certificate in Engineering or Industrial Technology
  • At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing.
  • Posses adequate skill of tooling repair or automotive bodyworks (touch & paint)
  • Good in troubleshooting skills and cost saving approach.
  • Good knowledge in machine and tools.
  • Able to work with all levels of people.
