Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and process the orders on-time delivery for oversea customers, provide professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance for trouble shooting solution.
- Prepare customs clearance documents and CIQ for export cargoes.
- Obtain Export License, DG package, Certification for Safe Transport of Chemical goods and etc conforming to trade compliance requirements from local government authorities in daily export operations.
- Hs code classification process and COO checking implementation in daily operation.
- Contribute to establish and implement efficient export processes and procedures with compliance to relevant laws and regulations.
- 3PL communication and management, such as forwarder, brokerage,3PL warehouse to maximize efficiency and avoid trade compliance risk.
- Forwarder billing statement, payment and invoice verification.
- Manage customer claim, find out solutions and coordinate reverse flows. Coordinate insurance company regarding the claims.
- Customs Handbook registration, amendment, reconciliation and good management to avoid variance and customs risks.
- Support on customer/vendor RPS screening issues with sense of effective compliance screening
- Co-ordinate KPIs/metrics reporting relating to export transactions.
- Support internal and external audit related to Trade/Customs compliance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and provide professional expertise on the export request and business.
- Maintain and filing necessary records, files and reports.
- Complete other assignment by managers.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Education/Training Required:
College degree or above ,major in international trade or logistics
- Work Experience Required:
3+ years working experience in export customer service or logistics related.
