Facility Technician

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

1. Manage and maintain the plant facilities, including air conditioning system, compressor air system, electric power distribution system etc；

厂务设施的管理、维护，主要含空调系统、空压系统、配电系统等；
2. Manage and maintain facilities, equipment and other public infrastrucuture, organize regular maintenance and premaintenace;

厂内设备及特种设备等的全面管理和维护, 组织安排日常维护和预防性维护；

3.Responsible for coordinating with the production workshop (supply of water, electricity, and compressed air etc.)，ensure the normal operation of auxiliary facilities

负责与生产车间日常工作的协调（水、电、气等的供应）) ；确保工厂辅助设施的的正常运行；
4. Responsible for feasibility assessment of investment in new auxiliary equipment, coordination with relevant equipment suppliers, testing, installation, and other related work

负责对新辅助设备投资的可行性评估、相关设备供应厂商的对接、测试、安装等相关工作；

5.Responsible for improving existing facility and auxiliary equipment and continuously increasing productivity负责对现有设施设备及辅助设备的改进，不断提升生产力；
6. Collect and analyze energy management data, in charge of energy conservation and emission reduction improvement activities;

收集及分析能源管理数据，负责节能减排等改善活动；
7. Other tasks assgined by manager;

经理指派的其它工作；

Key Requirements 主要要求：

Education教育背景:

College degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electromechanical integration, automation, and other related majors in a reputable university

大专及以上学历，正规院校机械、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业；

Experience 经验:

At least five years of experience in maintenance and management of factory auxiliary facilities

五年以上工厂辅助设施的维护及管理经验；

Industrial background 行业背景：
5+years' working experience as engineer in manufacturing companies；

5年以上制造型企业工作经验
Language skills语言:

Basically use English

具备简单英文的读写能力；

Computer skills 电脑:

Proficient in operating commonly used office software, EXCEL, PPT, etc

能熟练操作常用办公软件、EXCEL及PPT等

Core Competencies核心能力：

Having a high and low voltage electrical certificate

具有高低压电工证；

Familiar with workshop facilities maintenance and working princples

 熟悉工厂设施设备的维护和工作原理；

Good hand-on working skill, coordination, and communication skills

良好的动手能力、协调与沟通能力；

Work Arrangement : Onsite
