Financial Analysis and BI Manager-Asia

The Role

This This person will work with the business, coordinating with Global and Regional FP&A to provide deep finance support on a narrow set of operational decisions, requiring specific/technical expertise.

What you will do:

• Deeper Work with the FP&A team and cross-functional stakeholders in building bottom-up budget development
• Financial modeling for business cases and discount.
• Variance analysis (OPEX)
• Commission plan execution
• Support commercial leader in the annual target setting review, preparation of local partners rebate payout
• Service local productivity plan support productivity improvement plan execution
• Continuously support work practices and processes enhancement across functions for operational efficiency

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Finance or Accounting, with at least 5 years' relevant experience.
• SAP experience (required).
• Power BI experience, preferably at intermediate level.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) to support Mandarin-speaking countries and stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with different departments and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
• Strong logical and analytical skills, with business acumen.
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
