HR Manager, Analytics & Projects

General Summary/Scope

Responsible for developing a long-term people analytics roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders, to support the organzational transformation, incrase organzaitonal effectiveness, and enable data-driven decision making.

Responsible for managing HR projects,  support team to deliver projects with high qulaity, and drive process changes.

 

Major Responsibilities/Duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Data Analytics

  • Develop and execute a long-term roadmap for people analytics, focusing on high-impact data and insights, influencing decisions through data visualization and persuasive storytelling to leadership.
  • Elevate decision-making within the organization by developing and implementing advanced analytical tools, intuitive dashboards, and comprehensive training programs.
  • Interpret statistical models that explain or predict outcomes related to hiring, productivity, engagement, retention, etc.
  • Utilize expertise and knowledge of the HR industry and people analytics trends to identify opportunities to address people related business challenges.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and stakeholders to understand people related business challenage and gather relevant data to analyse, support actions whenever needed.
  • Responsible for managing regional and department reports, includes but not limited to HR operations, talent acquisiton, talent develpment, employee engagement, DEI, communications, etc.

 

Project Management

  • Support in managing projects which includes requirements gathering, status tracking, etc. and communicating actions and next steps.
  • Evaluate current pain points and make process recommendations to internal partners as well as drive implementation of process changes.
  • Support ongoing regaional and department projects and programs, such as systems implementations, knowledge database, digitalization journey, etc.

 

Key Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5+ progressive experience in people analytics or similar roles

Language skills: Proficiency in both written & oral English

Computer skills:Above intermediate-level competency in SAP Success factors/Workday, PowerBI, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Core Competencies:

- Consultative and collaborative style; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across the organization

- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality

- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, interpersonal and organization skills

- Strong ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure independently

- Project Management experience is a plus
