Roles & Responsibilities:

1.接听并电话处理客户的服务需求,高效的电话指导客户解决现场问题;

2.和现场服务团队良好的合作,提高电话技术解决率;

3.积极的和客户沟通与谈判,做好服务报价工作;

4.遵守并按照服务流程做好相应的数据整理和登记工作,及时的将客户现场服务需求传递给Planner团队,提高服务响应时间;

5.积极的执行客户关怀行动,增进和客户的关系;

6.非工作时间的值班热线电话支持和必要的节假日办公室内的电话支持工作安排;

7.根据工作需求,提供短期的客户现场服务;

8.完成上级主管安排的其他工作;

Qualifications and Experience:

1.本科学历,机械或电子相关的学历背景;应届可考虑

2.有现场服务经验,有技术类电话支持经验者优先;

3.具有电气基本知识或电子、气动、液压和机械系统理论和解决能力, 诊断并提供解决问题的办法。在非标准化情况下,具有创新理念并能独立地解决问题;

4.良好的客户服务意识和现场服务经验,能够承受较强的工作压力和保持持续的良好的工作状态;

5.注重工作细节,确保信息准确;

6.具有较好的电脑知识,并能熟练的使用日常处理软件(如Word、Excel等);

7.良好的中文口头和书面表达能力;基本的英语读写能力,能够较好地理解技术手册及文件;

8.自觉学习,灵活应用,积极进取,团队精神,并致力于落实公司的核心价值观,代表公司专业形象,推动客户和现场服务团队的信任。
