The Role

Responsible for leading, managing remote sales team to meet company short term & strategy goals. Responsible for designing clear direction for the inside sales approaches and filtering targets for next phase action.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, manage remote sales team to meet company short term & strategy goals
  • Responsible for designing clear direction for the inside sales approaches and filtering targets for next phase action
  • Overall monitoring on sales plays, leads gen
  • Schedule routine management cadence on the team activities thru regular meeting on dashboard
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure business continuous smoothly   
  • Achieve and exceed quota targets and activity metrics
  • Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
  • Provide coaching; training; ramping up subordinators on timely basis
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Develop technical knowledge needed for value proposition and solution selling
  • Effectively collate and deliver certain level presentations

Key Competencies:

  • Ideally degree educated with 2+ years’ remote management experience in an Inside Sales/ Aftersales in an industrial / FMCG environment with B2B interactions, with experience in developing aftermarket sales business

  • Install base management experience will be an added advantage
  • Able to demonstrate track record of success in Inside Sales/ After Sales
  • Good knowledge of ERP & CRM (SAP, Salesforce, Power BI)
