Procurement Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities: 
-    On-time purchase & follow-up in order to meet the requirements for both of production and inventory control.
-    Propose and take necessary actions and solutions in order to reach machine lead time target and keep the appropriate inventory levels.
-    Know well the procurement master data and SAP MM methodology.
-    Perform MM module statistics for relative activities of procurement planning.
-    Maintain and optimize the purchasing parameter including PDT,lot size, MOQ,etc.
-    Work closely with sourcing team and global procurement team to solve the material shortage issue.
-    In charge of procurement for MI’s global plants with China suppliers
-    Global communication and allocation
-    Analysis & release Global forecast to China suppliers    
    
Key Competencies:
-    Good reading, written and spoken English skill.                             
-    Related SAP knowledge and experience
-    Positive attitude, team work and ‘Can do’ spirit.
-    Has time urgency & High responsibility & carefulness.
-    Open-minded, result-oriented, proactive and good communicate skills.
-    Quality orientated approach of the work.
-    Capacity to help in the tasks assigned and to be available in case of increase of activity.
-    Basic knowledge of import 
    
Qualifications and Experience:
-    College degree or above, major in international trade preferred.
-    3+ years working experience for procurement & planning management
