The Role
    Handle all the business relating Customs affairs independently by strictly follow up Trade compliance
    Execute and control procurement flow to satisfy plants and customers requirement by partnership with suppliers and internal stakeholders. 

What you will do:
    Prepare customs clearance documents and prepare payment documents for import cargo.
    Strictly implement import Pre -entry check & import Post-entry check.
    Obtain import licenses conforming to trade compliance requirements from local government authorities in daily import operations
    On-site coordination and support to meet customs inspection requirement
    Support Global to complete HS code and other process
    Daily forwarder/broker communication and management to maximize efficiency and avoid trade compliance risk 
    Support internal and external audit related to Trade compliance of Import
    Coordinate and build good relationship within the relevant government functional departments including customs
    Contribute to establish and implement efficient import processes and procedures with compliance to relevant laws and regulations.
    In charge of procurement for global plants with China and international suppliers in different categories from order to delivery.
    On-time purchase, confirm and follow-up deliveries to meet the requirements of both production and customer demand through MRP analysis. 
    Manage suppliers’ day to day performance meeting world class level service quality. Proactively identify risk of supply, analysis and drive action plans systematically with supplier. 
    Communicate forecast to suppliers timely and manage in a dynamic manner. 
    Cooperate with relative internal stakeholders to solve material or supplier related issues with efficient counter measures. 
    Effectively conduct global communication and allocation when supply is in constraint. 
    Maintain and improve the relative master data in ERP system including but not limited to material, purchasing master data, BOM, route, etc.
    Implement projects or tasks with relative stakeholders in a matrix and multinational organization. 
    Apply continuous improvement tools to drive KPI and improve work process sustainably. 
    Archive all relative records and data accurately on time.

What you need to have:
    Bachelor’s degree or above, major in supply chain or international trade related. 
    3~5 years working experience in import 
    Good English in reading, writing and speaking.                             
    Related SAP experience and knowledge with MRP analysis
    Problem-solving skill through quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and information.
    Fast response. Good time management on multi tasks.
