Production Planner 

The Role

This person will schedule and monitor routine machine production orders and capacity to ensure smooth running process and good productivity.

What you will do:

• Manage and process production schedule for finished products, semi products, rework and repair activities.
• Ensure planning accuracy regarding production BOM, material consumption, and components inventory level.
• Track the material supply status to avoid the delivery delay impacted on production order timely completion.
• Closely work and take effective actions with cross-function team to fulfil production lead time target and customer order’s delivery requirements.
• Co-ordinate KPIs/metrics meet as target relating to planning scope.
• Lead lean project for continuous improvements with cross-functions and monitor the progress, optimize production planning process to drive production and improvement efficiency and capacity.
• Good manage and coordinate CRCO process to ensure all change project can be implemented locally with effective execution.
• Generate and update proper SOP for relevant works.
• Take as the planning key coordinator to participate in global PTM project.
• Report all relevant planning issues to managers and propose the solve action in time.
• Good at MM&PP module statistics for relative activities of production planning.
• Complete other assignment by managers.

What you need to have:

• College degree or above and with production planning management experience.
• 3+ years working experience with procurement and production planning management background in manufacturing companies.
• Good reading, written and with some oral English skill.
• Operational and maintenance knowledge of the procurement and production planning.
• Positive attitude, teamwork and 'Can do' spirit.
• Open-minded, result-oriented, proactive and good communicate skills.
• Related SAP knowledge.
• Quality orientated approach of the work.
• Capacity to help in the tasks assigned and to be available in case of increase of activity.
