Be responsible for the maintaining customer relationships and providing related sales support for Pelletizer parts sales team.

 

Major Responsibilities/Duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  1. Work with sales manger to receive customer inquiries ,make the quote to customers, keep records of sales files and establish customer files.
  2. Support customer the BOM and data sheet according to provided equipment No
  3. Select the requested spare parts or suggest the spare parts on request from customer.
  4. Collect monthly, quarterly and yearly business data and reporting, management of all kinds of data, maintain secrecy.
  5. Be back up as after sales manager, and others duties as assigned

 

Key Requirements

Education: B.S. degree in Fluid Mechanism, Chemical Mechanism, or languages.

Experience:

  • Better to have working experiences in mechanical or mechanical &electrical integrated products knowledge
  • 1-3 years working experiences with strong interpersonal skills of communication, strong teamwork spirit, be honest and reliable.

Language skills:              

Good English skills on listening, reading, and writing, especially on technical documents.

Core Competencies:

- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), expert skills in Excel.

- Strong sense of responsibility.

- Good team spirit.

- Be good at self-learning, communication, and hands-on practices

- Good customer experience with internal and external customer under tough situation.
