Senior Sales Manager - Clean Energy

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for managing Clean Energy (Natural Gas, Hydrogen, etc.) business development, sales growth to rapidly gain market share within the Whole China market
2. Determine target accounts through research, market analysis and visits to customers, distributors
3. Win new project and follow up after market
4. Work closely and have great relationship with institute, OEM and end users
5. Take the lead role by personally handle corporate accounts; win the business at the business margin objectives
6. Establish budget for New Product Introduction, volume, product mix, gross margin
7. Actively related to Marketing Communication for China
8. Monitor and report on the financial performance, sales, margins and cost management
9. Lead the Clean Energy sales team to fulfill assigned sales target
10. Perform other duties as assigned

Experience Requirements:

• Performance to sales budget, gross profit and field selling expenses
• At least five years relative working experience
• Familiar with China petrochemical, Natural Gas and Hydrogen energy market
• Experience in key account management, OEM or solution sales preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Fluent written & verbal English communication skills
• Honest, self-motivated, aggressive, frequent travelling required
