JOB DUTIES/工作职责：
Responsible for leading DS Productivity Program(Tracking/Forecasting/Reporting)
SC team leader for all NPI related projects:
Manage DS NPI BOM material cost(purchase items only) 
  Consolidate RFQs
  Follow up with outstanding RFQs with primary buyers
  Support ECN documentation requirements

Cypress Engineering/NPI weekly meeting support –  take actions for SC and follow up on outstanding actions

Lead large strategic sourcing projects:
  Risk driven events
  Productivity

Strategic Commodity Management： 
  As assigned based on skill set 

Management of key categories components：
  To rationalize the supplier base; build, own and develop highly productive relationships with best-fit suppliers in order to improve quality and delivery performance. 
  Negotiate, implement, document and audit supplier contracts.
  Daily activity on planning/ordering/delivery/cost/inventory/risk and supplier management.

SKILLS REQUIRED/技能要求：
Knowledge of multiple category products can read related drawings and specifications. 
Possess a track record of successful and effective negotiation, and strong influencing skills. 
Ability to demonstrate breadth of knowledge and experience in planning and cost management.
Full appreciation of the concept and application of lean strategies of procurement and supply chain management. 
Experience of successfully managing and completing projects, which involve the co-operation of others.
Able to share own expertise, provide guidance and support to other team members. 
Possess excellent communication and relationship building skills; able to communicate effectively face to face and in writing with people at all levels in an organization.
Able to achieve goals/ objectives as an individual and also preferably in a team environment.
Understands key internal/ external business issues and best practice in own discipline area.  Able to make changes to own and colleagues work as a response to these.
Good organizational skills, able to priorities, evidence of track record of working on own initiative and achieving regular/routine tasks on time.
Able to build stable and useful working relationships.
Able to utilize a variety of software packages e.g. MS Word, Excel,and ERP, power point.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/工作经验要求：
Possess a minimum of 5 years front line purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment. i.e. procurement rather than expediting role, to include:- sourcing and negotiation of contracts of supply/ contract management experience with global vendors.  To include experience of successfully reducing costs.
Experience of project management will be preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / engineering or related field
