Production Operator

Job Duties/工作职责：

负责指定生产岗位的操作；
Be response for specified work station operation..
按照工艺要求和作业指导书进行装配作业；
Follow process sheet and Operator Instruction Sheet (OIS) to carry through operation for assembly.
良好的安全意识，确保日常生产过程中的安全操作；
Good safety awareness, ensure the safety operation in daily production process.
负责本区域的现场5S的执行和保持；
Responsible for own zone 5S implementation and maintenance.
参加培训工作，不断提高技能和能力；
Attend training, improve constantly skills and ability.
严格执行公司规章制度；
Strictly implement company policies.
积极参与改善工作；
Participate in improve work positivity.
做好生产中各种原始记录的统计与保管工作，确保准确性和可追溯性；
Complete the statistics of various original records in production process and the save it well, to ensure the accuracy and traceability
完成上级安排的其它工作；
Complete other work assigned by superior.

SKILLS REQUIRED/技能要求：
为人正直，良好的团队合作能力；
Honest, good team cooperation ability.
在工厂生产方面有实践经验，电子行业优先；
Having practical experience in assembly production.
较强的工作责任感和执行力；
Strong sense of responsibility and execution.- General knowledge of handling both manual and automatic controls
严格遵守公司各项规章制度
Able to abide company policies and rules fully.
