The Strategic Account Sales is responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities for strategic and key accounts within the local country (Singapore). This role plays a pivotal part in achieving short- and long-term financial and operational objectives - including revenue growth, productivity, market share expansion, and successful partner management. The incumbent will develop and execute business plans aligned with Global/Business Unit strategic account objectives, driving demand creation and sustainable account development.
What you will do:
- Drive sales performance to achieve sales targets (AOP) across assigned and new accounts, covering solutions, equipment, software, consumables, and services.
- Promote and position intelligent packaging and brand protection solutions in key accounts, with a focus on value-based solution selling.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within assigned strategic accounts, ranging from management to operational teams.
- Identify new business opportunities by actively monitoring market trends and competitive activities, aligning with global and BU-level strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and leverage internal resources to support key account growth and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular engagement and follow-up with key accounts to monitor field activities, track progress, and secure customer commitment.
- Ensure the consistent implementation of company strategies, policies, tools, and processes at the local level in alignment with global standards.
- Contribute to building the company’s market awareness and leadership position through customer-centric and strategic engagement.
What you need to have:
· Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
· Minimum 5 to 8 years of proven sales experience in the B2B automation, medium industrial, or Industrial equipment.
· Demonstrated expertise in strategic, value-based, and solution selling; strong sales forecasting and negotiation capabilities.
· Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate independently in acquiring and developing new accounts.
· Detail-oriented and hands-on in executing business transformation and driving organizational change.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external customers/partners.
· Strong customer focus with a results-oriented mindset and a collaborative, team-based approach.
· Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
