Physical Work Requirements:

 

  • Standing 8 – 10 hours
  • Bend
  • Reach
  • Push/Pull
  • Squat
  • Must be able to work with fiberglass, solvents, paints, oils.
  • Lift 25 KG frequently

 Responsibilities:

  • Self-directed.
  • Attend all required training.
  • Adhere to safety procedures at all times, including wearing all required PPE.
  • Address all quality and safety concerns via the appropriate channels for an assigned cell.
  • Keep work station clean, orderly and free of safety hazards at all times.
  • Operates manual and CNC machining tools, metal saws, and welding equipment to build and repair tools, dies, fixtures and testing equipment.
  • Recommends tools and equipment for manufacturing cells.
  • Other activities as identified.

 Requirements:

  • CNC machining experience.
  • Welding/fabrication experience.
  • Must be willing and able to comply with plant safety policies.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime to meet business needs
  • Must be able to wear all required PPE.
