Complete required large parts assembly activities for an assigned cell while consistently maintaining product quality and safe work practices.

  • -Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals as established and required by the company.
  • -Read and follow standard work instructions.
  • -Keep supervisory staff informed of all cell activity including but not limited to information related to quality, parts supply and safety issues that may occur within the scope of responsibility.
  • -Complete all required cell activities and documentation for assigned work cell as requested by supervisor.
  • -Attend all required training.
  • -Adhere to safety procedures at all times.
  • -Address all quality and safety concerns via the appropriate channels for an assigned cell.
  • -Participate in all required continuous improvement activities as required by the business.
  • -Keep work station clean, orderly and free of safety hazards at all times.
  • -Actively participate in all department projects, tasks and objectives but not limited to continuous improvement activities.
  • -Maintain the highest ethical standards.
  • -Must be able to use all required tools in an assigned work area.
  • -Perform other job duties as assigned.

 

Required Experience:

 

  • -Must be able to work Monday thru Friday from 6:00 am until 2:30 pm.  Extended overtime during the work week and working weekends may be required to support business needs.

 

  • -High School Diploma or GED or in lieu of education, must possess 4 years of recent steady manufacturing experience.
  • -Demonstrated proficiency in English comprehension and expression both verbal and written.
  • -Adhere to all required company policies.
  • -Must be able to work all scheduled hours and work overtime as mandated by the business.
  • -Must be willing and able to adhere to plant safety policies.
  • -Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals as required by the business.
  • -Read and follow standard work instructions.
  • -Be able to lift up to 50 pounds of weight on a repetitive basis.
  • -Must be able to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, climb and work in weather extremes.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE.
