Starting Pay $19 hour plus bonus 


Mission Statement: Revolutionizing fueling operations globally by optimizing safety, efficiency, reliability, and environmental sustainability through innovative fuel handling and information management solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

-Determine set up procedures. 

-Reel extruded pipe into rolls.

-Specify length, size and weight of rolls.

-Replace dies as needed.

-Set controls to regulate vacuum, air pressure, sizing and temperature.

-Synchronize speed of extrusion.

-Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

-Locate defects on extruded products.

-Adjust controls as necessary.

-Check for conformance to specifications.

-Install, connect, test and adjust equipment and clean tools.

-Seal splices with moisture-proof covering.

-Remove excess, entangle or completed filaments from machine.

-Start metering pumps.

-Activate and adjust extruding machines.


Required Skills:

-High School Diploma or GED.

-Must have recent Extrusion Technician experience.

-Mandatory overtime may be required based on business need.

-Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within extrusion piping.

-Must be willing to train on first shift for up to several weeks prior to transitioning to second shift.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills;  must have solid writing skills (good spelling and effective usage of grammar) to maintain shift logs and maintain production scrap.

-Knowledge of continuous improvement principles and have the demonstrated ability to problem solve and perform root cause analysis.

-Willingness to adhere to corporate safety policies.

-Solid basic math skills; must be able to add, subtract, divide and multiply.  Must be able to read measurements using a ruler and be able to use a caliber.

-The ability to be self-motivated and self-directed is key as this position requires solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

-Must have the ability to read, write and speak the English language. 

-Mechanical experience is required - candidate must have demonstrated experience to dissemble equipment and have strong familiarity with hand tools.

-The ability to read plant drawings is helpful.

-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

-Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, twist, kneel and work in weather extremes.
