Receiving Assistant

Mission Statement:  Revolutionizing fueling operations globally by optimizing safety, efficiency, reliability and environmental sustainability through innovative fuel handling and information management solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

-Performs driver check in process for inbound shipments.

-Performs receiving process in oracle

-Performs material check in process

-Complies with receiving quality checks,  i.e.  quality inspection, scale count, receiving verifications.

- Performs receiving process in oracle

-Transfers inventory as required

-Performs RTV and OSP processing functions for transfer materials

-Documents process errors

-Maintains inbound schedule  

-Maintains Hot list

-Able to Communicates effectively with buyers, cell leads and management

Secondary Responsibilities

- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and emails regarding shipments of product including carriers, customer service, procurement, and operations etc.

-Maintain stock of needed supplies for receiving process.

- Work with procurement and receiving team to resolve discrepancies

-Review receiving documents to ensure accuracy

-Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

-High School Diploma or GED.

-Must be able to work hours beyond scheduled shift during the week as well as work weekends.

-Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

-Must be detail oriented

 -Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds periodically.

-Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time, stand and walk intermittently throughout the day and be involved with shipping activities on the warehouse floor throughout the required shift.

-Must be able to bend, push, pull and kneel.

-Must be able to work in weather extremes.

-Must be able to wear all required PPE.

-Must be willing and able to comply with all plant safety policies.

-Must be self-directed to work independently as well as possess the ability to work in a team environment.
