Shift: 1st

Hours: Monday through Friday, 5:45 am until 2:15 pm

Responsibilities:

• Safely operates manual and CNC machining tools, metal saws, drills, and grinding

equipment to build and repair tools, dies, fixtures, and testing equipment

• Work from 2D and 3D models to produce tools and fixtures

• Develop programs for CNC machines using Mastercam software, G-code, and/or

Conversational programming as needed to support toolmaking

• Assemble and repair tooling, fixtures, and equipment as required

• Recommends new methods, tools, and equipment for Tool Room and manufacturing

cells

• Collaborates with engineering, production, and outside suppliers to solve problems

• Other activities as required

Requirements:

• CNC Machining Certificate

• Experience with Manual and CNC Machining, both Lathe and Mill

• Experience with Mastercam or similar high-level CAD/CAM package

• Must be willing and able to work overtime, including weekends, to meet business

needs

• Must be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend the English language

• Must be willing and able to comply with plant safety policies and the Dover Code of

Conduct

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, twist, kneel, climb and work in temperature

extremes

• Must be able to wear all required PP
