JK Group, with headquarters in Novedrate, Italy, is an innovative digital ink company serving the textile market. JK is a recognized leader in dye sublimation and pigment ink technologies for digital textile printing.

This is a remote travelling position.
 
The purpose of the Pre-Sales Service Technician position will be to provide technical service and support to JK Group USA customers.  This position is remote but would require travel at least once a month to Soddy Daisy, TN.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
•    Assist Commercial team in finding out potential customer and aiding in closing the deals.  Including customers research, data analysis, production of samples and customized tests.
•    Monitoring competition activity in machine development and upgrade
•    Collect customer’s request, and coordinate the local service team to support
•    Reporting data in Salesforce and other data record tools.
•    Produced timely and detailed report including: preventative maintenance suggestions; customer requirements and expectations.
•    Support the Team for Remote and on-site troubleshooting repair and maintenance, and in case of need, intervene personally.
•    Assure that customer is following the guidance for the maintenance as indicated in the manual instruction manual
•    Support to perform PH, RMA, Packing & Dispatch to MS/MI Italy
•    Will be required to travel if needed for onsite technical support. 
•    Keep up to date with a high level of knowledge by asking MS support and/or self-studying on MS Machines
•    This position can be remote but would require travel at least once a month to Soddy Daisy, TN.
 
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
•    Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
•    5 plus years’ experience with digital printers.
•    Ability to understand the customer needs 
•    High familiarity with Digital printing process
•    High familiarity with mechanical / electrical / computer - environments & tools.
•    Technical Certificate Degree: Mechanical/Electric/Electronics/Maintenance/Eng.
•    Ink-jet printer experience
•    Result driven and customer-oriented 
•    Possible Spanish speaking 
•    Availability to travel weekly required
•    Ability to work extra hours and to adapt to changing work schedules & travels.

Work Arrangement : Remote  

Salary Range : $70,000.00   - $95,000.00
