Markem-Imaje is looking for a well-rounded, hands-on, people and result-oriented HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d), ready to take a new challenge in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for all HR processes in support of our DACH & Benelux organization whilst being part of EMEA HR Team.

You will have the opportunity to develop your professional career working directly in close collaboration with the business and other Payroll & HR colleagues across the region.

 

It’s a permanent role in which flexibility in terms of weekly working hours and smart-working may be considered.

 

What you will be doing:

 

•             Responsible for the management, review and monitoring of payroll activities for DACH and Benelux.

•             Working closely with external providers (ADP) ensuring the highest level of compliance.

•             Managing all HR administrative activities: employee documentation, health and safety records, data collection, invoices, etc.

•             Maintain and update the different HR IT tools.

•             Support the on-boarding / off - boarding process of employees by ensuring that all administrative information is accurate and timely.

•             Providing general support to other HR department activities.

 

 

What you need to have:

 

•             5-7 years’ experience in payroll management as a payroll technician, focused on DACH and ideally Benelux. Other EMEA countries will be a plus.

•             Experience working with ADP will be a big plus.

•             Working experience within SAP Success Factors environment will be a plus.

•             Good knowledge of Excel

•             Native/Fluent German. Very good level of English in writing, speaking and reading. Dutch and any other EU language would be a plus.

•             Good understanding of German labor legislation. Knowledge of labor legislation in other EU countries will be a plus.

•             Ability to plan and organize

•             High capacity to adapt to dynamic and changing environments

•             Flexible professional, used to working under pressure and with a high volume of payroll

•             Must be detail-oriented, meet deadlines, analytical and with problem-solving skills

•             Internal customer oriented
