1. Be responsible for direct production materials purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, arrival follow-up and exception coordination, to ensure normal supply of production materials.
2. Conduct supplier sourcing, development, inquiry, price comparison and negotiation for MRO indirect materials and spare parts, so as to control procurement costs.
3. Maintain cooperative relationships with existing suppliers, and carry out daily communication and performance evaluation with suppliers.
4. Be proficient in Oracle ERP system, complete procurement document entry, data verification, report sorting and other related work.
5. Assist in following up procurement contracts, warehouse reconciliation, payment document collection and other daily procurement process work.
6. Other duties assigned by manager.
